Like the dream I wrote down in 1998 that became a grant a months later that sent me flying to China to experience what I had only read about in books. I have so many more.

Since then, I’ve learned to notice what has energy, get curious, and follow it.

I know what it feels like to be muted—and absolutely turned up—alive. As a survivor who was threatened into silence, my throat chakra constricted and my creative life force was violated, turning my body into a battlefield. I knew I had to find another way.

Out of that crucible, I learned the unspoken language of frequency—following what I could feel beyond words.

Art became my sanctuary. It gave form to what I knew but couldn’t always say. That sensory way of knowing became a 25-year career in the fine art world. I became a bridge between creative spirit and large audiences—curating museum exhibitions, directing galleries, selling millions in art, and writing for publications.

For a long time, I tried to curate my own life like an exhibition—keeping every phase neat, polished, and controlled. But the creative spirit taught me that life doesn’t move in rigid, straight lines. Frequency’s helped me flip the script on my deepest initiations in life, love, and career.
